Video Banking
Barclays history of innovation is told by a Barclays customer in order to reveal their newest initiative. Specific customers were chosen according to their daily life challenges to illustrate how video banking could support and improve their banking routines by giving them a face-to-face facility.

Authenticity works.
The first of many projects where I insisted on casting genuine Barclays customers as advocates for the brand - those with real financial needs that aligned with the product and service themes.

5 Day Challenge
To find out how they would cope with the Barclays Mobile Banking app, we set a handful of genuinely reticent Barclays customers a five-day challenge. During the process, they were converted from sceptics to advocates and their stories told across the campaign.
